Most residential simulators require a minimum footprint of approximately 12 feet wide, 16 feet deep, and 9–10 feet of ceiling height. Larger or more refined builds often benefit from additional width or depth for comfort, safety, and design flexibility
Yes. Pro Sims oversees the full build from start to finish. We coordinate design, construction elements, simulator hardware, turf, and system calibration to ensure the space functions as a cohesive system and performs as intended.
Yes. Indoor golf simulators are designed for year-round use, regardless of weather or season. When properly designed for climate control, lighting, and durability, the space performs consistently throughout the year.
Installation timelines vary based on scope and complexity. Most projects are completed within 2 to 6 days, from initial site preparation through final calibration. More involved builds that include construction or custom finishes may require additional time.
We do service existing simulators selectively. Each system is reviewed based on space conditions, equipment compatibility, and performance limitations. When servicing or upgrades align with long-term performance goals, we’re able to support the project.
We are system agnostic. We design each space to meet the wants and needs of the customer. Some customers prefer a mobile unit that they can use inside and bring to the range. Other customers want the fastest, most accurate launch monitor to provide detailed statistics in order to improve their performance.
As long as minimum space requirements are met, the installation can be anywhere. We install everything from pop-up simulators in garage spaces to fully custom golf experience rooms.
Yes! We install both simulators in both residential and commercial spaces.
System software updates should happen automatically. Depending on usage, you may need to replace the screen and hitting mat annually.
